A Poem About Sailing
Upon the crest of waves I glide, With sails unfurled, my heart my guide. The wind, a whisper, calls my name, In azure seas, I stake my claim.
The horizon stretches, vast and wide, Each gust of breeze, a thrilling ride. The sun dips low, a golden hue, As stars awaken, one by one, anew.
With every roll, the ocean sings, A symphony of freedom, joy it brings. The salt-kissed air, the spray so fine, In solitude, my spirit aligns.
Through tempests fierce and calms so sweet, I find my rhythm, my heart’s own beat. Each journey teaches, each wave a friend, In sailing solo, my soul can mend.
So here I stand, on deck so free, Embracing the vast, wild, untamed sea. With dreams as my compass, I’ll sail afar, For in the ocean’s embrace, I find who we are.
